Registration and Banquet

Click here to access our registration site.  Please note that in order to be included in the program, all participants must pay registration fees.  After October 1st, 2021 a late fee of $25 will be charged. We are no longer able to process refunds at this time.

Graduate student participants: once you’ve accessed the registration site, please register by clicking on the link marked “Click here for graduate students,” as this will automatically apply a discount code.

Non-graduate participants: once you’ve accessed the registration site, please click on “Tickets” to register (disregard the link that says “enter promo code”).

Vaccination requirement: The NCFS conference requires all participants who are medically able to be vaccinated against COVID-19 do so. Please bring either your vaccine card or a picture of the card’s front and back with you when you check in at registration. If you are medically unable to be vaccinated, we require a negative PCR test taken – and dated – less than 72 hours before check-in. Those who bring neither proof of vaccination nor negative PCR test cannot be admitted to the conference. Thank you for doing your part to keep yourself and others safe.
